Second Nature is one of the most respected college improv troupes around, and we are excited to bring our fantastic lineup of shows to you. So, take a look around, check out our shows, then shoot us an e-mail to reserve a show date or ask questions - we can’t wait to hear from you!

The members of Second Nature have trained at the top improv schools in the country including The Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre, The Groundlings, ImprovOlympic, Second City, and ComedySportz. We’ve performed with cast members from MADtv, The Office, and more, and each week we perform to sold out crowds at USC’s Ground Zero Performance Cafe.
With our Second Nature Remote Show, we bring our quality entertainment to you at an extremely affordable price. Best of all our shows require almost no set up - all we need is a space to perform, a couple of chairs, and we’re ready to go. Because our shows are improvised, performance times are flexible, and at your discretion can last between 20 and 90 minutes.

One of Second Nature’s most popular formats, The Facebook Show is a long form improv comedy show based entirely on YOUR Facebook profile. During the show, audience volunteers are interviewed on stage as we project their Facebook profile before the audience on a big screen. Then, we create hilarious scenes based on the stuff in their profile.
The Facebook Show is a fantastic show for college and high school age audiences. We’ve been performing it since 2005, everywhere from our home turf at USC to UC Santa Barbara, and to a packed house at the Fracas! Improv Festival. The Facebook Show combines high-octane improv comedy, high-tech audio/visual magic, and audience interaction in a show you have to see to believe! The Armando is a long form improv show that begins with one suggestion from the audience, which is interpreted by a performer (frequently a celebrity guest), through a personal and truthful improvised monologue. Inspired by that monologue, Second Nature improvises comedic scenes which, in turn, inspire a response from the guest monologist. This propels a high energy, hilarious interchange between the monologist and the improvised scenes. Wish your co-worker’s stories were more interesting? Now they will be! In Cubicle Confessions, Second Nature brings your office’s biggest story tellers on stage, and interviews them about their most interesting stories. Then, we improvise a sequence of scenes based on the interview, but much much funnier!
Cubicle Confessions is always a big hit, and is perfect to liven up any seminar, conference, or holiday party!

In Once Upon a Time we create a fresh, inventive fairy tale right before your eyes. Hop on board the imagination station, as Second Nature turns your suggestions into a fantastical tale that’s packed with action, adventure, and a whole lot of laughs. This show is perfect for kids ages 3-9, but adults will enjoy the fun too! After the show, we invite all the kids to join us on stage to use their own imaginations for some fun improv games.

In Rub a Dub, Second Nature dubs new dialogue to old movie clips we haven’t seen before hand. The result is a spontaneous, hilarious new movie that has never been seen before. We can even re-dub your corporate training video.
